WELCOME TO VOGET HERITAGE HOME

Thank you for visiting this site, which is dedicated to the story of an unusual family—the Vogets. During the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries, family members emmigrated from Germany to both North and South America.

Read their stories and meet their descendents, many of whom gather every four-six years to renew friendships and celebrate family heritage. The first seven reunions alternated between North America and Germany.

The most recent reunion was August 6-9, 2009 in Portland, Oregon. Read about it in the Woodburn Independent newspaper: Voget Story.

The next reunion, in 2013, is planned for Córdoba, Argentina.
